Junior Team and Adult season long programs:
A full refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be given to a registered participant within the first TWO WEEKS of the program’s official start date. No refunds will be given after this time. There will be no refunds for uniforms or regattas. Please send your request to GBR

Summer programs (or any program 2 weeks or less):
Should the need to cancel occur, GBR encourages switching to another camp session; however, if a situation arises which leaves no other option but cancellation for a registered, paid participant, then the following polices go into effect:
-There is a non-refundable $50 administration fee.
* If you cancel more than 14 days (2 weeks) before the session start date, you will receive a full refund, less the $50 cancellation fee
* If you cancel 7 days (1 week) prior to the start date, we will refund 50% of the camp fee, less the $50 administrative fee
* If you cancel with fewer than 7 days before Camp session – there is NO REFUND
* If there is a medical reason that you cannot participate in the entire camp session, please provide us with a doctor’s note and you will receive the full payment, regardless of cancellation time, minus the $50 administrative fee.
IF GBR CANCELS the program, you will receive a full refund.
