Juniors (8-12th grade)
Student rowers from seacoast area high schools train to compete in local and regional competitions. Our experienced and talented coaching staff will instruct novice rowers on the fundamentals of rowing technique, equipment, proper conditioning and teamwork. Varsity level rowers will continue to develop both mentally and physically, improving on their technique and fitness level. Fun events, both rowing and non-rowing related, have become traditional aspects of the Great Bay Rowing team experience.

- Saturday Practices 8:30-11:00
- Dover Boathouse
- 4 Regattas
- Three Regattas are INCLUDED in the cost of the season
- Head Of Fish will be an separate trip fee

Registration must be completed online and user fees paid for each season before the participant is able to participate in any Great Bay Rowing activities, on or off the water. Each member must complete a mandatory swim test and submit a Medical Form to keep on file for the season. Please see our FORMS section for copies.
GBR requires active rowing members to maintain a current basic membership in the USRowing organization ($7.95). USRowing membership is also required for many of the races and allows the club to benefit from USRowing insurance and training offerings. Please visit their site and register as an individual member; indicate on the application you are affiliated with Great Bay Rowing by using our membership ID: 3N7EN
