Winter Training –

January 3 – March 30

Come train with us this winter! We’ll offer a variety of cardio, weight lifting, circuit lifting, ab exercises, yoga and erging.

  • $370 members
  • $420 non-members
  • $99 College Students (while home for the break)

This will take place at our Dover Boathouse. All sessions available to registrants:

Monday- Friday

  • 5:45-7:15am
  • 5:00-6:30pm

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

  • 10:00-11:00am

PAPERWORK REQUIRED ON THE FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE

  • Please check and make sure your USRowing membership is still active ( they are good for one year, from the date you signed up)
  • Make sure your Medical Form is up to date with the correct information
